We offer affordable one-on-one personal fitness training.  Whether you’re looking to simply get healthier or get into a specific fitness activity, we will match you with a trainer who can customize each session to meet your fitness goals.  

Our personal fitness trainers work out of Eggharbor Fitness Trainer, which offers all the cutting edge equipment of the larger gyms, but in a more personal atmosphere.  Eggharbor Personal Fitness Trainer also offers weight loss programs, fitness kickboxing, and bootcamp classes.

Kevin Mays

Kevin is a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College with a associates degree in science general studies. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI). He evaluates his clients overall health and fitness, in order to develop a specialized exercise program to increase physical fitness, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Kevin’s program pays exceptional attention to enhancing human performance, while maintaining proper lifting form. He has also received his sports nutrition consult certification through AAAI

Kathia Alvarez

Kathia is a certified personal Fitness Trainer and a Black Belt Karate Instructor. She is accredited by the AAAI and has more than 10 years training and teaching Martial Arts along with teaching Fitness Kickboxing. Specializing in weight loss, core fitness, rehab training, post and prenatal fitness, cardio, and nutrition.

Leah Wilson

Leah is a certified personal fitness trainer who specializes in kickboxing, weight loss, high interval intensity training, bootcamp, weight management, TRX, strength training and partner training.  She will create a personalized  fitness routine and nutritional plan to help you achieve your goals.  Call 609-768-1113 to set up an appointment today.
