Kevin Mays

Kevin is a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College with a associates degree in science general studies. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI). He evaluates his clients overall health and fitness, in order to develop a specialized exercise program to increase physical fitness, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Kevin’s program pays exceptional attention to enhancing human performance, while maintaining proper lifting form. He has also received his sports nutrition consult certification through AAAI

Kathia is a certified personal Fitness Trainer and a Black Belt Karate Instructor. She is accredited by the AAAI and has more than 10 years training and teaching Martial Arts along with teaching Fitness Kickboxing.
